NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order dated April 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008310 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and City of Sarasota, Florida; Carmen Pena-Ricardo; Arturo Rojas; Unknown Tenant#1; Unknown Tenant#2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 OF CAROLINA ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
