NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment as to Count V of the Amended Complaint, dated April 25, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 2011 CC 005379 NC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 110, Week 51, VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1525, Page 1328, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of May, 2013.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
