RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009070 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-8, is Plaintiff, and REBECCA GEBMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 67, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
