NOTICE is hereby given that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 31st day of May, 2013, at 9:00 A.M., EST, via the online auction site, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 41, BAY ISLES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 35, 35A AND 35 B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 511 Harbor Point Road, Longboat Key, Florida 34228
pusuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
