NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 18, 2013 , entered in Civil Case No.: 2008 CA 008745 NC, Division: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL STELZEN; LINDA L. STELZEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SADDLE CREEK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, SADDLE CREEK, UNIT NO. 3, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE(S) 30, 30A THROUGH 30D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 7067 SADDLE CREEK LN, SARASOTA, FL 34241.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
