NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019666-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DAVID L. FIELDS; PAMELA FIELDS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; DESOTO ACRES ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMIE HAMMOND are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 3 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
