Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 23, 2013 in the above referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 17th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
Lots 17, 19, 21 and 23, Block F of HOMECROFT, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page(s) 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT that part of Lot 23, Block F to the State of Florida Department of Transportation, described in Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 985, Page 2155, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
