NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-015618 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MELBA R. TALBOT and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Begin at the intersection of East right of way line of Tamiami Trail (66 feet wide) and the N line of S 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East; thence E along said N line, a distance of 800 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue E 100 feet; thence S 0deg15' West, 88.62 feet; thence W 100 feet; thence N 0deg15' East, 88.62 feet to the point of beginning, lying and being in SARASOTA County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over a 50 foot street or roadway on the South side of the above described property and extending Easterly to the Tamiami Trail (U.S. Highway 41).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
