NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000502 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBOR VIEW MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-9 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and DUSTIN NICHOLS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MARGETI CLAPP and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MARGETI CLAPP IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 787, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
