NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008398 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM A. RAFFERTY II; SARASOTA COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 BLOCK 67 OF THE VENICE BY-WAY SUB-DIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
