NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009454 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CHAD R. ANDERSON; JESSICA P. ANDERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 223, SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY, UNIT NO. 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
