NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001272 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and KRISTINE H. SMITH; IBERIABANK F/K/A CENTURY BANK FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT(S)N/K/A BILLY NOWELL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Begin at NE corner of NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East; thence South 0 degrees 35' West along the East line of said NW 1/4 of SE 1/4, 210.6 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49' West and parallel to 1/4 Section line, 525 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 0 degrees 35' East, 128.6 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49' West, 100 feet; thence North 79 degrees 51' West, 289 feet, more or less, to the center line of Phillippi River; thence Southwesterly along the center line of Phillippi River to a point lying in a North 89 degrees 49' West direction from the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 49' East, a distance of 409.8 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning; Lying and being in the NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section 5-37-18, Sarasota County, Florida, and any riparian rights thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
