NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of April, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 003589 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JASON A. STRAKA, SAN LINO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON A. STRAKA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 831, SAN LINO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2006202203 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 8, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
