NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004551 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff LINDA L. KIRBY; CLERK OF THE COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DAVID E. KIRBY; RICHARD TAKAHASKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA L. KIRBY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD TAKAHASKI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) NKA DEBBIE HUGHES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4, SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 5, PROSPECT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 150, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
