SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and ANDREY ROMANYUK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREY ROMANYUK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR BSM FINANCIAL, L.P.; DISCOVER BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,, are Defendants.

with the street address of: 2736 SAYBROOK AVENUE, NORTH PORT, FL 34287.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
