TO: ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES HAVING CLAIMS OR CLAIMING AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS HAVING OR MAKING ANY CLAIM AS TO PERSONAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY IN THE POSSESSION OF GROUP D. INC., DBA DANGLER STUDIOS LOCATED AT 1695 10TH STREET, SUITE 200, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34236;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for replevin and subsequent public sale of all Inventory and Equipment formerly located at the offices of Group D, Inc., d/b/a Danlger Studios located at 1695 10th Street, Suite 200, Sarasota, Florida has been filed against said Inventory and Equipment and all unknown parties having any claim as to such Inventory and Equipment has been filed. If you have any such claim as described above as to any item of the Inventory and Equipment you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: Michael T. Hankin, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1820 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before May 31, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
