TRACT 47, TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 68 THROUGH 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF TRACT 47, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, THENCE RUN N 0 DEGREES 52' E, 812.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 0 DEGREES 52' E, 73.80 FEET; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 51'30” E, 95.00 FEET; THENCE S 0 DEGREES 52' W, 73.80 FEET; THENCE N 89 DEGREES 51'30” W, 95.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE A STRIP OF LAND 30 FEET IN WIDTH, ABUTTING THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY ON THE EAST AND RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH, THE LENGTH OF SAID TRACT 47 FOR PURPOSES OF INGRESS AND EGRESS.
