NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 1st day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002516 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JILIAN A. MCCANN A/K/A JULIAN MCCANN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JILLIAN A. MCCANN A/K/A JULIAN MCCANN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UKNOWN TENANTS IN POSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE MOST SOUTHERLY 48.96 FEET OF LOT 9, THE MOST SOUTHERLY 48.96 FEET TO THE MOST EASTERLY 7.50 FEET OF LOT 16, THE MOST NORTHERLY 1.30 FEET OF THE MOST EASTERLY 7.50 FEET OF LOT 15, AND THE MOST NORTHERLY 1.30 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK “E”, REVISED PLAT OF OAK PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 215, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE MOST EASTERLY 15.00 FEET THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
