NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 010900 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARGARET T. CALIA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET T. CALIA; LINDA WIEGAND; ROBERT CALIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; IMPERIAL PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA COUNTY, INC; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 24th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 29, BUILDING B, IMPERIAL PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1369, PAGES 1164 THROUGH 1210, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 18 AND 18A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
