You are notified that an action to quiet title on the following real property in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 16 AND THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 137, of CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 49, of the Public Records of PASCO County, Florida (hereafter the “Property”) pursuant to Florida Statutes §65.
with a street address of 6007-6011-6015 VAN BUREN STREET, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before June 3, 2013 (or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, whichever is later), and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, Phone: (727) 847-8176, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
