NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 18th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 020609 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2. is Plaintiff and SHAWN HOECKER; KEVIN ALUMBAUGH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN HOECKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN ALUMBAUGH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13640 AND 13641, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
