NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 3rd day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016317 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-16N is Plaintiff and MARY ELIZABETH RAVEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY ELIZABETH RAVEN; DAYLE ZEIGLER; DARLEEN KUNKLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 10th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, RESUBDIVISION OF A PART OF UNIT NO. 37, SOUTH GATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
