NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008830 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC AS SERVICING AGENT FOR PENNYMAC LOAN TRUST 2010 NPLI, is Plaintiff, and EILEEN A. HARRINGTON A/K/A EILEEN C. HARRINGTON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Block Q, CALUSA LAKES, UNIT 8, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 22, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida together with a portion of Lot 25, Block Q, CALUSA LAKES, Unit 8, Described as follows:

Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 25, Block Q, CALUSA LAKES, Unit 8, recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 22, 22A through 22F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, same being a point on the Northerly right-of-way of Calusa Lakes Boulevard (50 feet Private Access Easement); thence North 01 degree 06 minutes 21 seconds West, leaving said right-of-way line of Calusa Lakes Boulevard, same being the East line of said Lot 25, a distance of 160.61 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 25; thence North 75 degree 18 minutes 11 seconds West, along the North line of said Lot 25, a distance of 3.07 feet to a point on a line 2.95 feet West of and parallel with said East line of Lot 25; thence South 01 degree 06 minutes 21 seconds East, along said line a distance of 161.44 feet to a point on said Northerly right-of-way line of Calusa Lakes Boulevard, same being a point on a curve to the left, having a radius of 750.00 feet, a central angle of 00 degree 13 minutes 31 seconds, a chord bearing of North 89 degree 00 minutes 24 seconds East, and a chord length of 2.95 feet; thence along the arc of said curve, same being said Northerly right-of-way line of Calusa Lakes Boulevard, an arc length of 2.95 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Being in Section 19, Township 38 South, Range 19 East.
