Final Judgment was awarded on February 5, 2013 in Civil Case No.:51-2011-CA-006033-XXXX-ES/J4, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, TERRY LEE PARRISH; LYNN ANN PARISH; MEADOW POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
