NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND TAXATION OF ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS filed April 19, 2013, in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at public sale, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida described as :
All that portion of the West half (W 1/2) of the West half (W 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 25, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida, lying Northerly of a line parallel with and 331.00 feet South of as measured at right angles to the North line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25.
AND
All that portion of the West half (W 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 25, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida, lying Southerly of a line parallel with and 331.00 feet South of as measured at right angles to the North line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25, and Easterly of a line parallel with and 450.0 feet Easterly of as measured at right angles to the West line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25 and Northerly of a line parallel with and 1,829.09 feet North of as measured at right angles to the South line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 25.
for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on MAY 22, 2013, at 9:00 A.M. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made by 4 PM on the next business day following the sale by cash or cashier's check.
