Boyd, Jr. Brenda Boyd and Regions Bank successor by merger to AmSouth Bank are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
