NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 23, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-6470 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 23 day of May, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3506, Building 35, Phase 3, THE PRESERVE AT COLONIAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Instrument 2006000174106, as amended by Amendment to declaration recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000236799, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000236800, the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium. Strap #03-45-25-P2-02235.3506
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
