LOT 7 AND 8, BLOCK 861, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 110 SE 31ST TERRACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 20, 2013 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
