Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No. 09-CA-59770, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, VANDERBILT MORTGAGE AND FINANCE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and STANLEY CLARK is the defendant.
The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
