Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of April, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CC-005751 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAURELWOOD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J. CARLIN and LUIS A. LANDRON-HERNANDEZ, MAURA LANDRON-CHAVEZ and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of May, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 4, LAURELWOOD, Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 59-62, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
