BUSIC; PATRICK M. BUSIC; JAMES BERNARD HUGGINS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BY EXTENDING THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 11 AND 12 A DISTANCE OF 3.80 FEET IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION AND BY EXTENDING THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND 14 A DISTANCE OF 2.15 FEET IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION, THE AREA ENCLOSED BETWEEN THE BACK LOT LINE OF LOTS 12 AND 13 AND THE TWO EXTENSION PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED CONNECTED BY THE WATER-FACE OF THE CONSTRUCTED SEAWALL AMOUNTING TO 238 SQUARE FEET, ALL IN BLOCK 291, UNIT 9, PART-----, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7-18, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
