NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 19 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-56910, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and GAIL L. HOOD, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL L. WOODS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
