LESHER; TONI A. LESHER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on July 10, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK 3984, UNIT 55, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92 THROUGH 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
