Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 7, 2012 entered in Case No. 09-CA-68478 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON is the Plaintiff and Donald Vick and Erika L. Vick are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 am on the 23 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 48, in Block 1, of Rookery Ponite, as per plat Book 69, at pages 9 through 16, public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
