NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on April 24, 2013, in Case No. 12-CA-051976 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff, and James Hunter, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am as the sale may proceed, on the 24 day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1122, BUILDING 11, OF BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3939, PAGE 574, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
