NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-055805 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER P. HAGGERTY A/K/A CHRISTOPHER PAUL HAGGERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; JONATHAN'S BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CAROLINE RAMOS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 24 day of May 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 402, PHASE 14. OF JONATHAN'S BAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000021492, AS MAY BE AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
