NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 1st day of April, 2013 and entered in Civil Action Number: 09-CA-50741 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK is the Plaintiff, and AIA PROPERTIES, LLC, THE CITY OF CAPE CORAL CODE ENFORECEMENT, THE CITY OF CAPE CORAL, and THE CITY OF CAPE CORAL COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCEY are the Defendants, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, on the 22nd day of May, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., except as set forth herein, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the real and personal property described as follows as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure situate in Lee County, Florida:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
