NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-056241 of the Circuit court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein KAJAINE ESTATES, LLC, Plaintiff, FLORIDA DEVELOPMENT HOLDINGS GROUP, LLC a Florida Limited Liability Company, FAISURY NIEBLES, JOHN NIEBLES, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., “MERS”, HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, Defendants, will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following property:
Unit 1309, Building 13, of Stoneybrook II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records as Instrument #2006000205650, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended.
