NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-4548, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS OF AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST is the Plaintiff and OLGA HERNANDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED; JORGE HERANEZ A/K/A JORGE E. HERNANDEZ A/K/A JORGE HERNANDEZ; JOHN DOE N/K/A JAMES CHIKITUS; JANE DOE N/K/A YANAISY HERNANDEZ AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1755, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
