The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, LEE County, Florida, and is styled BEL-AIR BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida corporation, not-for-profit v. MYRON RUBIN and CYNTHIA RUBIN, individually and as Husband and Wife (DECEASED), ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST
