NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2013 and entered in 13-CA-050926 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC., is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO EYMIL; YELENYS EYMIL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.); UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 29 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 29, REPLAT OF TRACT “N”-UNIT 3, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
