YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment pursuant to Florida Statute ยง 25.012(2) regarding real property in Lee County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 10, Unit 2, Section 10, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 3, Public Records, Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
