RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale filed April 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054084 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM L. SOLOMON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 7, SUNCOAST LAKES, UNIT 2, an unrecorded subdivision, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 47 South, Range 26 East, run N 0 degree 09 minutes 52 seconds E along the quarter section line for 1148.0 feet to a point in the centerline of a road in Block 7; thence run N 89 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds E along said centerline for 478 feet to the POB of the herein described parcel then run N 0 degree 09 minutes 52 seconds E for 25 feet to the North boundary of said road; thence continue N 0 degree 09 minutes 52 seconds E for 110 feet to the South Boundary of a canal; thence run N 89 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds E along the South boundary of said canal for 75.5 feet; thence run S 0 degree 09 minutes 52 seconds W for 84.96 feet to a point on the North Boundary of a cul de sac with a radius of 50 feet; thence continue S 0 degree 09 minutes 52 seconds W for 50 feet to the center of said cul de sac; thence run S 89 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds W along the centerline of road in Block 7 to the Point of Beginning. Subject to and together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the above described road and cul de sac in Block 7 and the North-South roadway abutting the West side of Block 1,3,5 and 7, as shown on the plat of SUNCOAST LAKES, UNIT 2, as recorded in Official Records Book 1091, Page 512, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Lot 8, Block 7, Unit 2, of an unrecorded subdivision of the SE 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 47 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the South 1/4 corner of Section 31, Township 47 South, Range 26 East, run North 09 minutes 52 seconds East along the 1/4 Section line for 1148.0 feet to a point in the centerline of a road in Block 7; thence run North 89 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds East along the centerline for 553.5 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract herein described. From said Point of Beginning continue N 89 degrees 48 minutes 15 seconds E for 106.99 feet; thence run N 0 degree 11 minutes 13 seconds E for 164.92 feet; thence S 89 degrees 49 minutes 51 seconds W for 107.06 feet; thence S 0 degree 09 minutes 52 seconds W for 164.96 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to Canal Easements along the North 30 feet and the East 20 feet of tract and road Easement: That parcel cut by a 50 feet radius swinging from North to East with the point of radius at SW Corner of tract. TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the roadway shown in said Block 7 and the North-South roadway abutting the West side of Block 1,3,5 and 7 as shown on the plat of SUNCOAST LAKES, UNIT 2, as recorded in Official Records Book 1091, page 512, in the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
