NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056139 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and TROY J. ABRAMS A/K/A TROY ABRAMS A/K/A TROY J. ABRAMS A/K/A TROY JASON ABRAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 5927, UNIT 93, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 1 THROUGH 21, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
