SAID PORTION ALSO BEING DESCRIBED AS BUILDING NO. 4047, UNIT NO. 2, PARKWOODS III (A TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY), AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
