NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed April 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-054972 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SIMON MORALES A/K/A SIMON P. MORALES; INGRID MORALES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

FROM THE CORNER COMMON TO LOTS 85 AND 86 ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF VACATED CORAL WAY IN BLOCK 3 OF RUSSELL PARK, ACCORDING TO A MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE OF VACATED CORAL WAY FOR 168.1 FEET, THENCE DEFLECT RIGHT 72 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 30 SECONDS RUN NORTHEASTERLY FOR 384.54 FEET TO A POINT OF DEFLECTION; THENCE DEFLECT RIGHT 6 DEGREES 20 MINUTES AND CONTINUE NORTHEASTERLY FOR 40.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHEASTERLY ON THE SAME COURSE FOR 105 FEET; THENCE DEFLECT LEFT 103 DEGREES 30 MINUTES AND RUN NORTHWESTERLY FOR 170 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WATERS OF THE CALOOSAHATCHEE RIVER; THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID WATERS FOR 85 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO AN INTERSECTION WITH A LINE THROUGH THE POINT OF BEGINNING, MAKING AN ANGLE OF 96 DEGREES 8 MINUTES NORTHEAST TO NORTHWEST, WITH THE FIRST COURSE FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LINE FOR 176 FEET, MORE OF LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
