Aurora Loan Services LLC is Plaintiff and JOHN A. CAPONETTO I LLC; JOHN A CAPONETTO; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; OSPREY COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; VERANDA I AT OSPREY COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 722, BUILDING 7, VERANDA 1 AT OSPREY COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000243060, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
