NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-53833, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER SMITH A/K/A WILLIAM C. SMITH A/K/A WILLIAM SMITH, ATLANTIC CREDIT AND FINANCE INC AS ASSIGNEE OF CITIBANK, CACV OF COLORADO LLC, CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR DREW MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES INC, PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, THE TIDES AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., WADE H BAKER, MARY L BAKER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9106 BUILDING 9 THE TIDES AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4640 PAGES 620 THROUGH 776 AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
