Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure and a Order Directing the Clerk of Court to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, The Clerk of Court will sell the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and located in Hillsborough County, Florida, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of June, 2013.

THE WEST 270 FEET OF THE EAST 480 FEET OF THE SOUTH 225 FEET OF LOTS 8, NELM'S SUBDIVISION, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
