NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000786 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Victor H. Guardado, Tenant #1 , Bank of America, N.A., MiraBay Homeowners Association, Inc., Sea Crest Homeowners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
